The Job:

As we’re entering the next steps of our development, we’re looking for a product owner to work with business stakeholders to capture, manage and prioritize business requirements, manage delivery expectations, and partners and guides engineering teams to develop technology solutions.
You like to discuss business requirements with marketing and sales and you like to discuss software design and performance with tech people? You are comfortable with creating the product roadmap and you know how to assist experts when it comes to crafting the product?
As a Product Owner at Botify, you will be in charge of:

• Gathering needs & vision from teams & customers
• Specifying new features
• Contribute to the global roadmap
• Animate & inspire an agile team
• Organize releases, and manage short-term roadmap knowledge throughout the company

Qualifications:

• 2-3+ years of Product Ownership
• Agile development methodology skills
• Excellent teamwork, partnership and collaborative skills
• Able to manage expectations and handle potentially conflicting requirements
• Decision Maker, Pragmatic
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to influence others
• Fluent in English; Good knowledge of French or another language is a plus
• Result-driven professional

• You have an engineer background and you are comfortable with:

  • Complex designs, from architecture and codebase point of view
  • Enabling the best user experience possible with our UX/UI team for data visualization
  • Workflows of data processing: you understand ETL and databases concepts
  • API design and ecosystem
