Our Data Analysis squad is an exceptional team at a unique company.

As a member of this team, the selected candidate will perform analysis for clients, ensure simulateanously the successful adoption and use of our proprietary solution by these same clients, whilst continually participating in the conceptualisation and development of the ContentSquare analytics methodology. 

Candidates should be aware of the importance of user experience online and have a comprehension of the digital world, being able to anticipate client needs and to weave these elements together when crafting analysis, adding real value to client management. 

15 people strong, the Data Analysis team is an essential value creation motor at ContentSquare. Within this team, the selected candidate will join the « Customer Success » group, whose mission is to ensure client satisification with best data practices. 

The role entails : 
• maintaining high-quality data in your client portfolio 
• perform analysis for internal purposes such as presales or upselling. 
• conceptualising and preparing client-specific UX analysis workshops. 
• anticipating and developing custom features for our clients (eg specific reporting systems) 
• developping new ideas to engage clients (eg automation or alerting tools). 
• actively participating in the the continuous improvement of ContentSquare products and services (eg metrics, data visualization)

• Business or engineering school degree. (Data Analysis or Business Intelligence majors would be a plus.) 
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and at least, a rudimentary understanding of database management 
• Analytical mind 
• Comfortable with consulting and coaching clients 
• Fluent English (Add’l languages would be a plus – French, German, Spanish, Italian) 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Genuine passion for digital subjects, technophile profile 
• At ease with tight deadlines and working under pressure 
• Entreprenurial spirit 
• Fearlessness in the face of a challenge
