The position

Job description

You‘ll be part of the team responsible for the acquisition, retention of new hotel partners and ultimate delivery of business value to our users/clients. You will develop your own book of business with hotel general managers, property managers and revenue managers in Australia. You will be responsible for growing and managing your account base once signed.

To be successful in this role, you will need strong networking and interactive communication skills in order to connect with and sustain relationships across the APAC Hotel Industry. You’ll be a hunter, self-starter, well organized, able to build strong pipelines and proof consistent closing ratio.

You will play a central role in developing sales and product strategy, partnering with our Paris based headquarters to learn how to succeed in this new market. You will ensure that Dayuse.com has the right service positioning to build a large business, deliver clear value to hoteliers and consumers across APAC region.


Preferred experience

• Be an inspiring team player and represent Dayuse.com brand in the market
• Deliver revenue quotas and other key performance metrics for portfolio
• Negotiate and conclude large hotel groups and management companies’ agreements
• Establish a collaborative business relationship between Dayuse.com and APAC
top companies and corporate travel agencies.
• Help recruit and grow the Hong Kong team
• Create high performance culture, focused on delivering superior value to clients and developing trust based on long term business relationships
• Analyse customer data and trends to develop scalable and flexible best practices for sales

Preferred Qualifications & Mindset:
• 3+ years of sales executive track record surpassing quotas and managing successful long term relationship with your customers
• Ability and desire to operate in an early stage start-up where you will lead and drive your own process to achieve results
• Personal connections and network within the hotel industry a strong plus
• High level of effective and adequate communication skills with audiences ranging from hotel managers of a five-star hotel to a senior manager of a global hotel corporation
• Problem solving mind-set and growth mindset are key to succeeding in this role
• Action orientated, agile, intuitive and fast learner
• Languages : native English (with an Australian experience), French a strong plus.
