You will enter the venture ecosystem in an international company with a unique position. As part of the R&D team at Early Metrics, you will be in charge of improving existing and creating new rating models for startups and innovative SMEs. Your roles:

• Improving our current financial models
• Leading the definition of new models, related to our product list.
• Working closely with our data scientists and scientific partners to backtest and improve financial models
• Working closely with operations to optimise operational processes and build new ways of working.

The package includes a fixed salary depending on your level of experience and a personal incentive on performance.

• 1 to 3 years experience in a previous position with proven modeling skills in a financial or investment environment;
• Master’s degree from a top-tier school or university, preferably in statistics, economics, risk management or finance.
• Fluent in English and French
• Full mastery of Excel, VBA, R, SQL language and modeling/statistical software
