Job description
- Being part of the most important service of GuesttoGuest ;)
- Answering the emails and phone calls of the members (Italian and English or Spanish or French)
- Manage the (rare) incidents that can occur during a homeexchange
- Helping them to find a home exchange (and to spend the best holidays of their life!).
- Making marketing and satisfaction studies of our members.
- Taking all the information from the members that could help GuesttoGuest to improve the service
- Organizing events for our members
- Animation of a community of italian ambassadors
Preferred experience
- Start-up spirit
- Feeling comfortable on the phone
- Enthusiast about helping others and bringing them satisfaction :)
- Rigorous, pro-active, multi-tasking
- An experience in client service is a real bonus
- Language Requirement: Native Italian and fluent in English or French
