The position

Job description

We are growing rapidly and are looking for someone that understands the end to end process of hiring and retaining talented individuals in order to grow our engineering team.
This position is about bringing the smartest talents, always raising the bar and maintaining our culture as we grow while giving every candidate an awesome recruiting experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Reach out candidates and introduce them to specific roles.
  • Screen candidates and ensure that our hiring culture is consistent as we grow.
  • Continuously iterate to improve the candidate experience at Heetch interviews.
  • Own and drive the recruiting strategy with the engineering team.
  • Embrace our culture of freedom and responsibility by designing creative recruitment strategies to overcome candidate scarcity.
  • Contribute to the organization’s reputation and success.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the market, competitors and networks.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 4 years experience in a full cycle recruiting role on software and technology.
  • In-depth understanding and experience with technical professionals in software engineering.
  • Past success in both in-house and agency environments.
  • Excellent sourcing and research skills.
  • Great oral and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
