NUMA is looking for an Acceleration Network Manager to help coordinate and monitor NUMA’s network of startups accelerators.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

The Acceleration Network Manager responsibilities will include:

Coordination
• Participate in key milestones of all local acceleration program : evaluation, bootcamp organization, kick off or demo day as examples
• Help train and on-board the teams of accelerators joining NUMA’s network (in France or overseas) to best practices, tools and processes to ensure consistent execution across NUMA’s network of accelerators.
• Document best practices, create replicable contents and obtain network feedbacks on local acceleration methods

Partnerships
• Development and maintain relationships with major tech partners “Perks” (Cloud, CRM, tools..) available for all startups around the world; and help startups
• Leverage NUMA acceleration partnerships : Global Accelerator Network, Google for Entrepreneurs
• Organize and help develop mobility inside the network : pool of experts, startups, demo day presence.

Monitoring
• Work closely with CTO’s team, on dedicated internal acceleration tools : application platform, NUMA Lab acceleration, experts.numa.co and all relevant tools for the network…
• Ensure the deployment and usage of these NUMA’s internal tools by local acceleration team;
• Help mutualize startup deal flow generation practices all around the world : sourcing, scouting methods
• Document and update acceleration best practices based on guidelines and observations;
• Help monitor execution performance indicators;

Animation
• Animate the network of NUMA’s accelerators : collaborative tools, calls, reportings..
• Organise NUMA’s annual acceleration seminar and International Demo Day

REPORTING AND SUPPORT
The Acceleration Network Manager reports to the Global Acceleration Lead

Being part of the Acceleration team, his/her will also benefit in his day to day work from the help of NUMA’s international and headquarters teams.

LOCALIZATION
• Main location is central Paris, France
• Traveling as needed to visit the network

The successful candidate must be a person with experience in the field of startup and innovation, who will have to fulfil the following conditions:

• A solid experience in network animation methods
• Some experience in startup incubation or acceleration is considered a plus
• Huge coordination skills : collaboration, organization and reporting
• Strong ability to drive enthusiasm and exigency through formal & informal channels.
• Strong knowledge of current trends in the digital space and startup ecosystem
• The candidate must be fluent in French and English
