Stuart is the on-demand urban logistics app and platform that will transform our daily life. We are helping both people and businesses to move goods through cities faster than anyone ever imagined. Led by Clément Benoit (Resto-in) and Benjamin Chemla (Citycake.fr), Stuart set up shop in Paris, Barcelona and London in 2015. Next up: Brussels, Berlin, Madrid, and more.

You wanna be part of that? We are currently looking for a IT Support Engineer in Barcelona who will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software for all our offices around Europe.

What you will do?

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues

related to computer systems, software, and hardware.

  • Respond to queries either in person, Slack or over the phone if needed.

  • Write documentation and manuals.

  • Train computer users.

  • Maintain daily performance of computer systems.

  • Walk customer through problem-solving process.

  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.

  • Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.

  • Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks

(WAN), and other systems.

  • Install computer peripherals for users.

  • Purchase hardware and manage computers’ stock.

  • Maintain Stuart users for all our services: Google Apps, VPN, Slack, etc.

  • Own small projects such as network improvements or asset enrollment.

  • Provide support for meetings (AV/VC equipment)


Preferred experience

REQUIREMENTS

Who are you?

  • At least 3 years of experience managing typical helpdesk and corporate IT tasks and processes

  • Experience with MacOS and Linux systems.

  • Good understanding of basic networking and computing concepts

  • Good level of english

  • Proactive, open minded, operative and organized

  • Good communication skills

  • Experience with MacOS and Linux systems.

  • You don’t know everything, but you’re willing to learn anything.
