This role is a unique opportunity to help drive growth through the optimization of our marketplace in 10 cities we operate in France. This is a critical role as it directly correlates to driver and rider experience through greater availability and reliability for riders while optimising driver earnings by deploying new tools and products. The Analyst will work closely with our advanced tools to monitor city performance and ensure efficiency through asset utilization, network optimisation and efficient marketplace definition. This data driven role calls for a rare combination of analytical thinking & inter-personal ability to manage multiple stakeholders, define and launch new products, and to be the owner of the operational performance of your cities.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Optimize our marketplace performance, troubleshooting issues, and propose improvements that will have immediate impact.
Build key metrics and reports that will bring actionable insights to teams across the business.
Measure and understand performance and run “real world” tests.
Adapt new products and features for France in coordination with central teams all over the world.
Identify key opportunities to drive our operations roadmap – analyzing complex data from multiple sources.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Masters (“Grande Ecole”) degree in science/engineering, economics, finance or similar field.
Up to two years of operational/analytical experience gained in consulting, investment banking, operations management or entrepreneurship.
Relevant experience in data analysis or programming skills are a plus.
Data driven decision making mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking.
A preference for quality over quantity - you get the math right and aspire to build the right solution; you like a team that holds each other to a high bar.
Fluency in French and English required.
