The position

Job description

As an Inside Sales Executive, you’ll serve as the primary ambassador of IZIPIZI for a dedicated client portfolio in France & UK. Your mission will be to promote our brand image, develop business, and ensure the growth of your customers’s turnover in alignment with IZIPIZI’s strategy. You’ll manage relationship with a diverse range of stores : including concept stores, opticians, fashion outlets, and kids’s ones.

Based at the HQ in Paris, within the Wholesale department, you will manage a part of our distribution network from the office. Your main tasks will be to:

SALES DEVELOPMENT

o Build customer relationships based on trust, expertise and reliability within our existing network :

▪ Manage the portfolio of existing customers & provide excellent customer service to existing and new accounts

▪ Ensure presentation & implementation of new products

▪ Animate your B2B customers community through social media in accordance with IZIPIZI guidelines

▪ Continuously bring existing customers to next level

o Develop business in to ensure growth:

▪ Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound calls, emails, and other channels.

▪ Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to new customers

▪ Train your customers on IZIPIZI’s products, services, B2B shop

▪ Train customers on visual merchandising guidelines.

Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets

Be regularly in contact with your customers through an efficient remote management of your accounts through phone, mail

Sell in : Take orders & ensure orders are properly passed through, work closely with the sales administration team.

Sell out follow up

Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.

FORECAST & PLAN

o Participation in the definition of annual objective plan for your customers portfolio (Bottom-Up Budget / Forecasts, displays, POS material-)

o Monitor the qualitative and quantitative objectives through KPI’s that will be set with you

o Ad hoc participation on building long run plan

REPORT

o Report on your commercial activity and achievements through the internal CRM system

o Follow up to ensure plan achievement : weekly meetings & quarterly report to Sales Manager

o Recommend improvement in sales processes by evaluating results and competitive developments

o Involved in specific internal projects (RETEX, Key-User, Task Force, Benchmark, Best-Practices).

TEAM COLLABORATION

o Collaborate with the field sales team to identify strategies for increasing sales opportunities and improving customer satisfaction.

o Sharing Best Practices and field of expertise within sales community and company


Preferred experience

You have between two and five years of higher education in business (bachelor or master).
You have a similar experience (at least 3 years) in Inside Sales position, ideally within the Lifestyle/Optical Business. You have also :

● Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

● Strong organizational and time management abilities.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce)

● Fluent in French & English
