👫 About the team

The Demand team is composed by straightforward and energetic on-line advertising experts that help bring Equativ managed services and programmatic solutions to market. They build long-term relationships with the most strategic Demand partners (media agencies, direct advertisers), representing some of the largest players in the AdTech industry, guiding them to maximize their investment.

The Demand department is a critical component of driving Equativ adoption and shaping the future of an industry leader. The cross collaboration at an EMEA level and through many departments : Account & traffic managers,Marketing, Analytics, Product,Customer support,is a key pillar of Equativ culture

✏️ Your mission

You will be in charge of a client's portfolio (agencies and advertisers) and your mission is to :

- Maximize the ad spend in the Equativ ecosystem, pushing the right product to the right target.

- Sell Equativ’s media solutions (IO /programmatic marketplaces)

- Conduct meetings (virtual and on sites) with agencies and brands.

- Diversify the touchpoints (in all agencies departments- traders- multiscreens - accounts directors) and thanks to different formats (one to one / education session/Industry events / proposals /recommendations ).

- Develop strong relationships

- Overall, build a large pipeline of opportunities to increase RFPs and IOs (to get a ROI)

- Liaise with cross-functional teams such as Product/Marketing and/or Research & Insights team to ensure tailored agency and/or direct client approach and solutions.

- Manage daily collaborative efforts with internal teams, especially with Account Managers teams delivering the budget and pushing uplifts; Working closely for pre and post sales.

- Coordinate strategic initiatives with selected partners from agency and/or direct client side

- Prospecting : sourcing and identifying sales opportunities within the agency landscape (the right vertical with a standard answer)

- Achieving or exceeding revenue goals and targets (individual + Business unit)

- Articulate and address technical issues, creating solutions where possible and escalating them internally otherwise.

- Make Equativ offers simple front clients (delivery and education) and choose the right battle and run the full life cycle

💪 About you

- Be confident about a changing ecosystem (end of third party data / new platforms features /instability)

- Be able to prioritize the solution that brings loyalty, recurrent revenue and scale

- Rigor in managing the booking & the forecast

- Being bi/tri lingual: Managed services and programmatic and …English

- Knowledge of Salesforce ( CRM/PRM tool)  could be a real plus

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and dedication to follow-through.
