Your Mission

We are looking for a Confirmed Tech Talent Acquisition Manager  to join the Talent Acquisition & Engagement team at BlaBlaCar. Their mission is to source, attract, hire and retain the best talent for the company. As a Tech TAM, your role will be to help us achieve  our hiring goals and recruit for all engineering positions. You’ll be in charge of the end to end recruitment process until the closing date ensuring a top-notch candidate experience. You will be reporting to the TA Team Manager and working with a team of overall 8 other Talent Acquisition Managers (Business, Product, Engineering). 

Your responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruiting: building sourcing strategies, screening, assessing and closing talent to ensure our tech roadmap delivery

• Ability to build trusting relationships with hiring managers

• Ensure candidates have the best interview experience Constantly improve our recruitment process through revamping interview practices, training interview teams and coaching managers

• Track key metrics for your recruiting activities

• Follow latest recruitment trends and market evolutions and suggest actionable insights to the team 

• Lead or participate in various internal TA or cross-functional projects

Your qualifications

• Experienced in 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting for tech roles ideally on an international scope

• Strong business partnering orientation and solutions first approach

• Curious, creative and autonomous

• Rigorous, detail-oriented

• Strong oral and written communication skills that could help you inspire candidates throughout the hiring process

• Full working proficiency in English
