As an apprentice Account Manager, you will be attached to our Mission Critical business unit (KAM Mission Critical), which is in charge of Ericsson business in various vertical markets. You will report to the Sales Director for the Transport, Automotive and Industries markets. 

You’ll get the opportunity to

• Support business development and pre-sales activities on Mission Critical markets.

• Know Ericsson 5G portfolio and promote it to our Mission Critical prospects and customers.

• Feed CRM reporting systems (Salesforce) and other internal tools.

• Carry out and refine enterprise market studies on 5G Mission Critical networks.

• Contribute to Marketing and Communication activities (events, social networks ..etc).

Key skills

• With a higher education background in Engineering or Business School, you are looking for an apprenticeship as part of a BAC+4/5 program. 

• You have a solid knowledge of B2B sales methods.

• Previous knowledge and experience in the IT and Telecom sector would be an asset.

• You are recognized for your proactivity and “hunting spirit”.

• You have a good command of English and French and are comfortable discussing technical issues with customers.

• You have good planning and organizational skills.
