Environment :

The acquisition department guarantees the achievement of acquisition targets across all channels and devices for the Meetic Group in all the managed countries.

Based in Paris, the Digital Branding and Media Manager is in charge of the offline and online brand-oriented campaigns for the different countries and a portfolio of brands he/she is responsible for. 

You are a media expert and manage the agencies’ relationships. You continuously optimize budget and campaigns, work on strategic and analytical recommendations to maximize registrations and optimize defined brand KPI’s such as brand consideration or preference for specific digital branding campaigns.

You will report to the Senior DB & Media Manager and be part of the Acquisition Team.

Missions:

  • Media Acquisition Strategy:
  • Develop a consistent media strategy for the countries and brands you manage, which fits with our annual objectives.
  • Define our media KPI and our main channels of Acquisition in Offline Media (TV, Radio, Outdoor, Print, Cinema, VOL/ VOD…).
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Managers and Online Team to present a fully integrated plan for the different countries.
  • Digital branding:
  • Be involved in global media partnerships & social media campaigns (YouTube, Meta, TikTok…).
  • Work closely with the marketing manager and the digital brand manager on the activations. Do the planning for the markets you are managing (define KPIs, budget setting, choice of platforms, period), brief the online team or media agency for the set-up of the campaigns, monitor & report.
  • Media Agency Management:
  • The Digital Branding and Media Manager will be the main contact for the Local Media Agencies to make sure they understand our goals and will work in the right direction to achieve all targets as one and only team. 
  • He/she will set up targets for the agencies and manage the contracts and daily relationships.
  • Forecasts:
  • The Digital Branding and Media Media Manager will be involved in the Forecasting exercise on a monthly and daily basis. 
  • He/She will be able to assess the plan and suggest adjustments.
  • Analysis:
  • Market & Competition Analysis. 
  • Insights and learnings from the campaigns.
  • Financial control:
  • Follow-up of the Costs Reporting.
  • Management of the invoicing process.
  • What’s required for the role (hard skills) ?

  • You graduated from a Business School or a University, in media, marketing or advertising.
  • You worked for a minimum of 3 years in a similar position, in an agency or for a pure player.
  • You have a proven expertise in traditional media touchpoints (TV, Radio, Cinema…) and the know-how to activate 360° campaigns on digital & social media platforms or with media partners.
  • You do have a strong understanding of performance oriented campaigns and business KPIs.
  • You are at ease with numbers, you can’t live without Excel / Google Sheets and your strong Analytical skills allows you to optimize efficiently the ROI of your campaigns.
  • You are fluent in english and any additional language would be a plus (i.e. German or Dutch).

  • You have excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

    Hiring Process:

    A first Zoom conversation with Guillaume, Talent Acquisition specialist (30 min)

    A meeting with Romuald, Senior DB & Media Manager (60 min onsite or Zoom)

    A use case to be prepared at home 

    An interview with Salima (Media & Measurement Director) and Mickael (Director People) (60 min onsite or zoom)

    On your initial days, the HR Team and your team will make sure you start under excellent conditions.

    Practical information:

    Contract start: As soon as you are ready!

    Location: 53 Rue de Châteaudun, Paris 75009

    WFH Policy: Hybrid, between 2 and 3 days at the office per week required

    Contract: CDI / Full Time
