🚀 Your next challenge

As Growth Hacking Manager you will directly impact revenue growth by delivering high volumes of qualified leads (clients) generated through digital acquisition campaigns (paid media, SEO, partnerships, outbound, etc.) and maximizing brand awareness and products’ visibility.

You will:

  • Translate business priorities in an operational acquisition plan for each sales segment, before SMEs, aligned with the global digital marketing processes.

  • Define and own the execution of the acquisition plan across all channels (SEA, Display, Paid Social, in-Video Ads, Retargeting, Native Advertising, Affiliation, SEO etc.) using global tools and applying standard methodologies, and be accountable for its outcomes.

  • Report progress and performance using the global standard KPI framework.

As a country, part of the global Pluxee Group acquisition practice, you will contribute actively to improve its efficiency and impact in sharing best practices, successes, and failures, results, possibly in supporting global tool selection or global methods definition, etc.

Main responsibilities will cover the following activities:

  • Select the right paid channels and non-paid actions, defining the appropriate mix & balance of efforts across these, to fuel the sales funnel and generate qualified, valuable, and profitable leads.

  • Develop appropriate buying tactics for each channel (formats, targeting methods, payment model, auction type, etc), applying all needed advanced techniques to optimize ROAS.

  • Devise and implement A/B testing as needed to improve performance.

  • Produce ad copy, and associated Landing pages for paid search & manage the production of other needed digital advertising assets (in-house or through external partners), in collaboration with the other digital specialist (content, B2B automation, website CRO), and if necessary, the BrandCom team and the product marketing team.

  • Manage the digital acquisition Budget.

You will be collaborating closely with:

  • Digital marketing specialists: content & social media, B2B orchestration, retention & loyalty, website management.

  • Sales team, with a focus on SMEs team to ensure sales alignment alongside the buyer journey.

  • Product Marketing Management and BrandCom teams.

  • Global digital specialists: paid media, SEO, analytics, B2B orchestration, website management.

  • Global Sales Enablement Performance Team.


Profil recherché

 🌟 You’re a match

  • Master´s degree in business, Marketing, or related.

  • +5 years of work experience in the field of digital marketing

  • 2 years of experience as a Digital Paid Media specialist: defining, planning, and implementing a Paid Media strategy with a 200 K€/year budget in a B2B background, targeting large accounts and SMEs.

  • Deep demonstrable knowledge of SEA, Display, Paid Social (Linkedin, FB, Instagram, etc), Retargeting, Affiliation, and Native.

  • Successful experience in driving agencies but with hands-on approach.

  • Expert knowledge of Google Search Ads.

  • Comfortable with linking efforts to producing quality MQLs and e-commerce orders (when relevant in the country context) and to meeting revenue targets.

  • Good knowledge and experience with Analytics tools and heir audience-building capabilities : proficient in GA4. SemRush and Data Studio knowledge is a plus.

  • Basic knowledge of HubSpot and SEO and a good understanding of how they are articulated with Paid Digital Media efforts.

  • MS Suite, with a very good command of Excel.

  • Project Management skills and record in managing projects from concept to completion-

  • Experience in working transversally in a matrix and global organization.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Ability to inspire trust & true/transparent collaboration, and to build a culture of teamwork across organizational boundaries.

  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Both doer & thinker.

  • Strong data and analytical skills. Ability to transform data into recommendations.

  • Very structured (work in multiple channels in parallel), organized, and attentive to detail.

  • Desire to learn, test, and discover in a continuous mode.

  • Mandatory full working proficiency in English and native French speaker.
