Job in a nutshell
Reporting to the Head of Creation, you will be responsible for driving forward the design vision on our own web and corporate channels (webpages, emailings, newsletters, etc.). You will also supervise a team of three designers, as well as ensure a smooth collaboration with the project management, development, copywriting and integration teams.

Pursue a culture of innovation, encouraging team members to push the boundaries of design to deliver unique and creative solutions.
Strengthen collaboration between design teams and other teams/departments to ensure that all products and services meet customers' needs while complying with the brand's identity and requirements.
Oversee all aspects of the design process, from conceptualisation to implementation, ensuring that deadlines are met while maintaining quality and consistency.
Ensure design consistency between the different communication channels, developing and maintaining ad-hoc guidelines.
