Within the Revenue team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio containing top international brands such as Nike, Sephora, Decathlon, and Booking.com.

In this dynamic role, you will oversee the expansion and management of a diverse portfolio, which includes over 1,500 e-commerce affiliates. You’ll work directly with online retailers and collaborate with top affiliate marketing platforms to enhance our network.

Alongside Marie-Charlotte, our VP of Revenue and her team, your role will involve:

  • Growing and managing a portfolio among 1500 e-commerce partners, directly with e-merchants or through our relationship with affiliate marketing platforms.

  • Negotiate commercial deals with brand partners supporting their e-commerce strategy

  • Maintain strong relationships with partners through regular interactions and events.

  • Monitoring and analyze partnership performances in collaboration with the Marketing and Data teams.

  • Support WeWard international expansion (US, Japan, Belgium, Spain, Italie, UK and more…)

Déroulement des entretiens

The first step is a call with a member of the Revenue team where you will discuss your expectations, your experiences, and he/she will introduce you to WeWard. We then propose a video exchange with Marie-Charlotte, our VP of Revenue, and Valentine, Key Account Manager, who will go into the details of the role’s duties. Then, a case study to prepare at home followed by a face-to-face presentation to Marie-Charlotte and Olivier, our Chief Revenue Officer. 🏠 We conclude this session with a tour of our premises to introduce you to other team members and finally, if all goes well.. Welcome aboard!

Recruitment process ⏳

  • 30-min call with the a member of the Revenue Team where you will discuss your expectations, your experiences, and he/she will introduce you to WeWard.

  • 1-hour interview with Marie-Charlotte, our VP of Revenue, and Valentine, Key Account Manager who will go into the details of the role’s duties.

  • A case study followed by a 1 hour debrief with the Marketing team, with dedicated time for mutual feedback.

🏠 We conclude this session with a tour of our premises to introduce you to other team members and finally, if all goes well..
