The position

Job description

As part of a growing UK team you will be responsible for heading up the Partnerships channel. Forming relationships with key players in the UK agency industry, including CRO, media & web agencies to different technology partners.

Primary Responsibilities
This role is a key position within the UK team that requires the successful candidate to engage and build relationships with Account Managers, decision makers and influencers within UK Agencies. There are three primary objectives associated with this role. The first is to present a highly compelling business case to potential partners for the use of AB Tasty’s platform. The second objective is to produce leads and help BDMs secure contractual commitments from companies within the agency. The third is to nurture and exploit the relationships with partners through marketing efforts, events, co-branded collateral and business introductions.

Other Responsibilities
• You will own the channel strategy, roadmap and delivery across different partnerships within the UK
• Work with current and source new UK partners to devise and implement long term strategies, including new partnership opportunities, incentive plans and marketing initiatives
• Working with the UK Marketing Manager so that partnership strategies are coordinated with tactical campaigns within marketing
• Come up with new partner-specific marketing initiatives to further build AB Tasty as a key player within the London CRO community
• Deliver regular product updates to your partners
• Develop, manage and maintain key relationships with AB Tasty’s live partners
• Work with the marketing team to organise regular social events for our partners
• Clear reporting of achievement, performance and forward plans


Preferred experience

• Strong commercial acumen, ability to focus on tangible benefits for the business
• Demonstrable understanding of agency desires and needs within an online environment
• Excellent analytical, logical and decision-making capabilities
• Strong sales acumen
• 5 + years’ experience
• Be able to demonstrate that you can establish and maintain a large client base
• You will have a confident and authoritative manner alongside strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to present to large and informed audiences
• You will always be presentable, ready to meet with clients at short notice should the need arise
• Above all you will always represent AB Tasty and yourself in a professional and honest fashion
