The position

Job description

As Team Leader Sales Development Representative you are the first contact person for our strategic clients and you drive the SDR Team in France.

You are responsible for initial contact with potential new enterprise customers, and thus will have a company-wide impact in your role. An engaging and lively conversationalist, you will be able to promote AB TASTY as CRO platform through effective and articulate communication.
You will be flexible in your approach, and you have the capactity to drive a team by following accurate KPIs.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel the Sales Pipeline
  • Outbound Lead Generation : Account Based Prospect Research, identify key players and generate opportunities for our 50 strategic accounts – You will work closely with the Marketing Team
  • Research and build “cold accounts” (i.e.: adding contacts, sending emails, cold calling)
  • Conduct high level conversations with Senior Executives in a greenfield territory of accounts
  • Management of 2 juniors SDR : Helping build new processes and refine established ones and drive your team’s performance

Preferred experience

Your profile:

  • You have relevant professional experience (3-5 years) in sales or customer service - preferably in the area of digital solutions / SaaS.
  • You have a previsous experience in management
  • Your passion for sales motivates you to achieve your aims.
  • You can easily use CRM tools (e.g : Salesforce)
  • You are communicative, customer and service-oriented, and know exactly how to deploy your skills profitably for the company
  • English is mandatory for this role
