You will work within the Data team to build and maintain a state-of-the-art data infrastructure. Your mission will be to design data pipelines in order to have the most scalable and maintainable stack — also by choosing and mastering the best tools available on the market — while providing relevant data for various use-cases within the company, including but not limited to:
Partner with the Product and Tech teams to build a data model ensuring that the most valuable features are prioritized in the roadmap. Follow user engagement and more broadly product usage by defining and monitoring the right KPIs to make product development even more data-driven.
Partner with the Tech team to have a better understanding of call quality issues. Qualify these issues by analyzing data from various sources, build monitoring tools — including a real-time data stack — to automatically detect them (e.g. alerts, bots, dashboards) and define associated processes with the relevant teams (support, customer success, etc.).
Partner with the Sales & Success teams to build models predicting which client will churn or expand, build and maintain bots and dashboards to monitor and segment revenue, help the executives to gather critical financial data that will help piloting the company in a data-driven way.
