Job description

What you will do ?

At Aircall, people are our most valuable asset ! Though, the HR Business Partner is strategic position to make Aircall scale properly. You will work closely with the leadership team and the HR VP based in New-York.

Your will be responsible for evolving and delivering Aircall’s core HR practices and contribute at a hands-on level to cultivate an open, dynamic and high-growth culture.

Shape and roll out HR processes :

  • Providing guidance and overall leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, benchmarking, talent acquisition, retention, etc.
  • Building and designing our talent performance management (annual review, career paths… )
  • Assessing employee development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Implementing an on onboarding process with managers to give the best experience to our new hires

Be strategic business advisor :

  • Solving key organisational and management issues by coaching managers on how to lead their teams, develop their people based on good managing programs.
  • Handling legal procedures : Contract, Visa, contractual termination ….

Build a strong employer brand & culture

  • Build & implement employer branding strategy to attract and retain candidats especially towards tech candidates.
  • Cultivate an open, dynamic, high-growth culture in a scaling environment

Preferred experience

What we are looking for :

  • You have at least 5+ year of experience as an HRBP or as an HR project manager in a growing environment
  • Your experience should include working with senior leaders on organizational design
  • You are passionate about supporting high-performing teams for a software business
  • You have project management skills and ability to drive programs independently
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and able to build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • You are a leader strategic thinker
  • You demonstrate a positive attitude, systematically find solutions, invest a lot of energy for the success of your projects with high deadlines and contribute to structuring our processes.
  • You are fluent both in French and English
