The position

Job description

  • Reproduce, qualify & escalate bugs to the product team for priorisation
  • Collaborate with the tech team to solve ongoing bugs
  • Help improve our bug escalation process to shorten resolution time
  • Find creative ways to solve complex and technical issues experienced by customers
  • Participate in structuring the technical support team that will growth exponentially in 2018

Preferred experience

  • Good English - we have customers all over the world ;)
  • Open-minded, positive and keen to learn
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to make sense of something complex and explain it in plain English
  • Understanding/Previous experience working in Ruby, Javascript & SQL very appreciated
  • Professional, courteous and committed to provide amazing customer experience
