Our vision is to build a phone communication software that integrates effortlessly in business workflows and helps teams collaborate and leverage call information.
To do that, we’re looking for a passionate product designer !

As product designer, you’ll be involved in building new features and reinvent our products everyday. You’ll work on:

• The desktop phone app
• Mobile apps
• The team administrator’s dashboard
• Salesforce, Zendesk, Intercom integrations (& many more)

You’ll be part of the Product team composed of 3 designers, 7 Product Managers and led by our VP Product.

What you’ll do :

• Understand users’ needs and problems through user interviews and meetings with the support & customer success teams. Examples : Take part in sessions with the support team to assess the main problems users are facing at the moment ; Organise shadowing sessions with users to see and understand how they use the product and what their main issues are, etc.

• Work hand in hand with product managers on major projects of the roadmap. Examples : Revamping the user experience and interface of the calling views on the desktop app ; Building a conference call feature ; Improving the user flow of Aircall in Salesforce, etc.

• Guarantee visual consistency when working on projects and collaborate on our design system with the design and development teams. Examples : Take part in weekly design reviews to challenge your designs ; Make sure your designs are in line with the existing UI elements ; Develop our design system with 2 other designers.

• Produce detailed screens and prototypes for usability tests and specifications. Examples: Prepare a prototype with rough sketches to test it with 5 users from one company ; Prepare a detailed prototype at the end of the ideation phase to test it with 5 remote users ; Record a video of your prototype to share it with salespeople or the whole company, etc.
