AssessFirst are recruiting a Trainer / Customer Success English Mother Tongue native to accompany our International Customers. With more than 50% growth our activity is booming and we need reinforcements!!

To guide these sessions we need someone who can:

Embody the AssessFirst spirit, an entrepreneurial temperament, energy, enthusiasm, communicative….

Provide exceptional training, great atmosphere, good at creating relationships, give tailor-made knowledge to each of our clients.
Highlight how our solution can be used by everyone,and it’s various possible uses.

🚀 Your Goal :

Provide highly stimulating English language training enabling our clients to increase their skills and to help their knowledge of how our solution can revolutionise their daily work (concerning recruiting, training their teams, outplacement)

📡 Your Mission :

1.Running the Training:
Your Goal - to transmit our expertise to HR professionals
You will be responsible for the different stages of each training
Organisation of the sessions (planning, tests, reservations)
Presentation of the sessions (slides, discussions, exercises)
Follow up (check the level of learning and satisfaction)
Expected Result:We are counting on you to ensure that our customers acquire a high level of competence in the use of our solution, and that they enjoy themselves as well!

2.Customer Onboarding:
Target: To guarantee, after the training, that all users are proficient and comfortable with the platform. You also provide long term follow-up of trained users to verify their skills with our solution.
Expected result: to ensure a high level of use and engagement.

1. E-Learning:
   Target: to develop continuous learning models
   Role: to create different modules of short duration to transmit knowledge through content and exercises online.
   Expected Result: Produce engaging and easy-to-use content that allows for effective learning and is valued by users.
