After 10 successful pop up stores in the biggest cities of Germany in 2018, Bergamotte is launching its plant delivery website. In order to support our digital offer and improve Bergamotte’s awareness, we plan to go back on tour in 2019.

As a pop-up project manager, you will be the Ambassador of Bergamotte in Germany!

In other words, your main missions will be to:

• Find and negotiate the best pop-up-store locations in each city
• Hire the staff needed for each event (sales, security…)
• Organise our plants supply and transport from the Netherlands to Germany
• Coordinate marketing (communication, merchandising, sales…) and logistics (transport, set-up, inventory, stock return…) to make every pop-up store a successful event
• Analyze the turnover performance and improve the sales offer and logistics processes

You are a good fit if :

• You are dynamic, motivated and love to meet new people
• Have already an experience in project management
• You are tactful and able to deal with conflictual situations
• You are proactive, autonomous and love challenges
• Your german is flawless
• You are fluent in English
