The position

Job description

The care team is the core of the company acting as the main link between new professionals on our platform and the establishment that utilize these professionals. Your role is to welcome new brigaders to the platform, solve businesses issues, find the best person for the mission, help facilitate our user experience on the platform by delivering a high level of customer service. Your ultimate goal is to exceed customer expectations and to contribute a great experience to the brigaders that engage the platform.

The Care Team

The Care Team is at the center of Brigad’s operations and is the main contact point of our users. Their satisfaction is in our hands: listening, understanding and responsiveness are our best assets!
Our next challenge is internationalization and we are looking for someone who can bring this energy to our English users.
We handle two main projects:
The dispatch: make sure to staff the establishment with the best person according to its specificities
User satisfaction: make sure to respond quickly and efficiently to our users to ensure their satisfaction. Our first objective: Retention!

Missions description:

  • In this team you will:
  • Create a bond of trust with our users
  • Respond to our users questions and call them when there is a problem
  • Be the main contact point for our future users in London
  • Collect user feedback to improve their experience and exceed expectations
  • Supervise and launch staffing
  • Help improve our processes to make the Brigad Care Team the best experience our users have had with Customer Service!
  • You will be based in our offices in Paris with some remote hours as well.
  • You will also participate in Brigad’s life as a very fast-growing startup.

For this position, it’s not mandatory to live in Paris and to come in the office every week. The job can be done remotely.

We are looking for someone who respects and represents Brigad’s values.

We are looking for someone:

  • Flexible: work saturday and sunday + one day during the week (most likely on wednesdays)
  • Natively speaking English and fluent in French, a 3rd language being a plus
  • Feeling comfortable over the phone to answers users issues and questions
  • Highly adaptable and who knows how to speak depending on his audience
  • Who likes wring, explaining, and solving cases

If you looking for a part-time job (23h/week contract), this position is for you! You will mostly work remotely during the weekend shifts and 1 day in our great office!
