The position

Job description

Help the Head of UX in the everyday tasks to keep up with the increasing amount of assets to deliver, namely product design assets (static designs, prototypes, interviews…) and graphic design assets (leaflets, flyers, social media visuals…).

What will you do ?
→ User research (20%)
→ Sketching and design (20%)
→ Prototyping (20%)
→ User testing (20%)
→ Graphic design (20%)

  • Monitoring of the brand identity
  • Marketing and communication assets
  • Sales assets

What will you (l)earn ?
→ Implementation of key features, vital for the development of Brigad
→ Involvement in each step of the product and design processes (research, drafting, design, prototyping, user testing, analytics, optimizing)
→ Development of a young brand, with a lot of leverage
→ High responsibility and autonomy in the everyday execution
→ High power of leverage of the image and product of Brigad

One more thing
→ Possibility to stay in CDI as this internship is the first step towards building a big UX/UI design team

Preferred experience

Professional skills
→ Fluent in French (our users speak French, if you want to do user research, this is inevitable 😇)
→ Outstanding organization skills : ruthlessly prioritisation, extreme rigor
→ Knowledge in both product design and graphic design
→ Analytical mindset : “You can’t improve what you don’t measure.”
→ Technical background is required
→ Research skills, mainly user interview
→ Design skills : Sketch (symbols, nested symbols in particular)
→ Prototyping skills : Invision at least, and master one advanced prototyping tool (Principle, Flinto, Origami, Framer)
→ Business sensitivity is necessary : particularly in freelance work, catering and hospitality industries

Social skills
→ High comfort in communication (in good as in bad moments)
→ Have a strong growth mindset : have an urge to learn, discover, try new things
→ Thrive in a quickly changing (=chaotic) environment
→ Know to have fun 😁


Recruitment process

→ Quick call with the manager (no more than 15mn)
→ First round of interviews with the Manager + 2 other employees including HR
→ Second round of interview with the co-founders + 2 other employees
