Help the Head of UX in the everyday tasks to keep up with the increasing amount of assets to deliver, namely product design assets (static designs, prototypes, interviews…) and graphic design assets (leaflets, flyers, social media visuals…).

Professional skills
→ Fluent in French (our users speak French, if you want to do user research, this is inevitable 😇)
→ Outstanding organization skills : ruthlessly prioritisation, extreme rigor
→ Knowledge in both product design and graphic design
→ Analytical mindset : “You can’t improve what you don’t measure.”
→ Technical background is required
→ Research skills, mainly user interview
→ Design skills : Sketch (symbols, nested symbols in particular)
→ Prototyping skills : Invision at least, and master one advanced prototyping tool (Principle, Flinto, Origami, Framer)
→ Business sensitivity is necessary : particularly in freelance work, catering and hospitality industries
Social skills
→ High comfort in communication (in good as in bad moments)
→ Have a strong growth mindset : have an urge to learn, discover, try new things
