Job description

Today, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative to support our strong growth and the development of our future European activities.

Taking up the Sales Development Representative position (sedentary) at comet is a wonderful opportunity to start your sales career in a very enriching way. You will work alongside outstanding Sales Account Executives and Marketing professionals in order to promote a SaaS solution disrupting a traditional market, collaborate with colleagues all around Europe and directly contribute - in pair with your Sales Account Executives (your Buddy) - to the French office success.

You must have solid relational skills, an acute sense of business and an ability to efficiently manage priorities on a day-to-day basis.

It is an ideal position for you if you aspire to start a Sales career. Besides, depending on your performance, your career development at comet is real and important.

It involves:

  • 100% French CAC 40 and SBF 250/125 Key Accounts
  • Active teleprospecting: outbound and inbound calls, follow-up
  • Web 2.0 selling (email, social media, meetups, workshops,…)
  • sedentary + meetings with your pod

Your Missions (if you accept them):

  • Generate sales opportunities within your Key Accounts portfolio
  • Contact key prescribers and decision makers (email-telephone-networking)
  • Carry out web conferences to present our SaaS based Marketplace solution
  • Identify and qualify needs and new sales opportunities
  • Ensure a multichannel sales follow-up with potential contacts from your list of Key Accounts
  • Make COMET the benchmark player on your list of Key Accounts
  • Use daily SalesForce.com CRM
  • Achieve your monthly/quarterly and annual objectives

Preferred experience

  • Ideally 6 to 24 months sales-marketing experience
  • A first experience in telephone prospecting/telesales but not indispensable
  • Google Suite knowledge
  • Good English Level
  • Cloud services & software knowledge (Spotify, LinkedIn, BlaBlaCar,…)
