Context:
Based in Paris, the Paid Acquisition team is organized by channels : SEA & Google ads, Social Ads, and Display & Affiliates. As Media & Acquisition Manager, you will work in one of these teams and grow Deezer userbase and engage them on a global scale.
What you will do:
Build a successful acquisition media plan tailored to each market context and business needs : splitting the digital budget between objectives (brand awareness, consideration, conversion, re-engagement) and media partners in order to gain new engaged Deezer users and/or re-engage existing users
Launch, follow, and optimize digital campaigns to reach the objectives defined in the media plan.
Monitor continuously the results of digital campaigns to define and implement corrective actions and impulse initiatives
Develop and monitor metrics, and provide weekly channel reporting to management as well as deep-dive analysis to uncover strategic insights and action plan
Conduct formal A/B testing plans to optimize campaigns and channels
Grow in expertise on a given channel (among SEA & Google ads, Social Ads, Display, Affiliates, Video Ads) : stay abreast of the local and global competitive landscape, challenges and opportunities
Lead excellent customer experience testing and optimizations throughout the customer journey (ad creative, ad placement, landing page experience, conversion forms, post-conversion engagement, …) hand in hand with product and performance analytics teams
Drive media learning agenda prioritizing tests and trials, and gathering all learnings to feed internal knowledge (esp. brand marketing team)

What we are looking for:
You hold a Master’s Degree in Economics, Business, Marketing
You have at least 1 year of marketing experience in a digital environment: online marketing, online advertising, traffic acquisition or marketing analytics. Experience of mobile ads being a plus.
You are comfortable with working in technology-based environment
You have ability to work well with many types of coworkers across multiple global offices
You are comfortable with multi-tasking in a very fast-paced work environment
You have strong analytical skills with an expert level proficiency in Excel and a passion for data report analysis
You are self-motivated and able to work effectively in an autonomous environment, proactive and persistent
You speak English fluently. French, German or Brazilian Portuguese are a plus
