Destygo a construit une technologie d’IA conversationnelle et une plateforme permettant de construire facilement des chatbots pour les acteurs du tourisme, du voyage et de la mobilité. Leur technologie permet aux entreprises de traiter rapidement les demandes de leurs voyageurs. Ils travaillent aujourd’hui avec de nombreux acteurs comme la RATP, Aéroport de Paris ou encore Misterfly. Après une levée de fonds d’1M€ en Juin auprès de Partech Ventures et AccorHotels, ils accélèrent les recrutements notamment pour leur ouverture à l’internationale.

General description of the role

The Business Development Manager is responsible for increasing Destygo’s market share in France and in Europe by selling Destygo’ services into new business Medium-sized Enterprises within assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

o Identify and hunt new prospects through networking & cold calling
o Handle the whole sales process :
target appropriate contacts
present/pitch our services/demos during face to face meetings with your prospects/clients
respond to RFQ, RFI, RFP
conduct prospect/ client negotiations
close deals
o Negotiate contractual terms with prospects and clients
o Increase monthly revenue by closing new business opportunities, acquiring new clients, and identifying new revenue streams
within acquired clients
o Maintain accurate records within the company’s sales databases
o Understand Destygo competitors and ecosystem
o Be an expert in Destygo’s products, solutions, policies and procedures
o Perform other side projetcs as requeste

Preferred experience

  • Higher education degree
  • 3+ years of business development/sales experience with a successful track record in solution selling (software or services) to
    medium and large-sized enterprises (Good knowledge of Travel / Retail Industry is a plus)
  • Must be a committed self-starter who has the drive to succeed in a high-energy team environment
  • A team player, with excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiastic and positive personality, with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French
  • Comfortable with working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
