Dolead is looking for their next Senior Product Manager to direct product development and ensure that we’re building the right tools for our market and our users. From discovery to release, you will translate ideas and feedback into our different platforms and so create the best product for the lead generation market.
We’re looking for a Product Manager that will work with two different teams. Both teams manage large parts of our products and are critical in the day-to-day operations of the company. You will directly contribute to the success of these teams.
We don’t write stories to just code them. We’re all involved in solving user and business problems and have immediate impact across the company. The engineering team is highly-skilled and loves technical challenges. And we’re pretty fun people too.
Product
Product oriented: you like to test new products, install apps to know how it’s working, how things are designed and most importantly: explore new ideas.
Problem-investigator & solver: You know that to create good products, you need to create deep user empathy. You know how to drive discoveries and focus your time between the problem at hand and nice-to-haves.
Want To share & communicate: You’re open and transparent with everyone. You put communication at the center of your ork.
Analytics: you know that analytics is key for developing products that solve user problems. You are able to define KPIs and follow them to assure product success.
Technical Knowledge: You have some basic knowledge about the web, front app, backend etc.
