MISSION

The role of the Product Designer is to drive Product UI/UX, do User Research, and Test Prototypes.

RESPONSABILITIES

Driving Product UI/UX

• Challenge the features described by the product management
• Develop and execute a strong UI/UX guidance

• Create interaction and visual design

  • Create continuously new designs for our web platform and our mobile app (smartphone and tablet)
  • Create interactive design with specific tools (like invision)

You will also need to take over the previous work on:

• Improve the existing designs done by our freelance.

Do User Research

• Coordinate and execute continuous customer research for challenging key product features
• Work closely with our existing users to design the customer journey on our mobile app and on our platform for every buyer personae;
• Analyze the data from our tracking tools to understand how our users navigate in our mobile app and our platform;
• Collate, synthesize and Analyze all the feedbacks from the Customer Experience, the Implementation Managers, the Sales and the Marketing team.
• Position user experience of our mobile app and platform on a competitive landscape

You will also need to take over the previous work on:

• Synthetize all the feedbacks done by our customers and from all Ermeo team.

Test Prototypes

• Challenge your designs with our customers and our teams;
• Test the implementation of the design done by our developers.

• At least 2 or 3 years experiences in a similar position in a SaaS company (within an international environment is a plus);
• You have already created design for mobile app (smartphone and tablet) and web platform;
• You master Sketch or illustrator;
• You know how to use tools like Zeplin and invision;
• You love and know startup environment.
