You will support our German speaking Customer Care Team with the folllwing tasks:
-You’ll be the point of contact for the traveller both before and after their trip (via phone, email, web chat).
-You will be responsible for responding to travellers’ queries, questions, and complaints in a professional manner.
-Your role will include guiding our potential travellers through the enquiry process via telephone (don’t worry, no cold calling!), and making follow-up calls to encourage potential customers to become Evaneos travellers.
-You’ll work closely with the German Marketing team to gather feedback on lost enquiries or dissatisfied travellers.
You are a native German-speaker (PLEASE NOTE: we cannot respond to applications from non-native speakers)
You are perfectly comfortable interacting with clients via telephone and email
You are customer-centric and quality-oriented
You are capable of taking responsibility of your projects, and know how to manage your time efficiently to reach objectives
You are capable of taking initiative and working autonomously, as well as within a team
