Your team:

The German speaking (DACH) team are tourism experts and travel enthusiasts who are happy to introduce you into their different tasks. We are a highly motivated and energetic team always looking for interesting profiles :-)

As a part of the DACH team you will be working for the German, Austrian and Swiss market in order to accelerate Evaneos’ growth.

On top of that, you will be in contact with people from all over the world. No day will look like the other as you will be working on different exciting projects next to enjoying the benefits of regular team events, afterworks, fresh fruits and free coffee in our office!

What you will do (depending on your profile & what you want to do):

Offer internship

• Offer / touristic production
• Assisting with the identification of new potential tours to complete and optimise our offer portfolio across Evaneos’ key travel destinations
• Together with the local agencies: adapt existing tours and co-create new exclusive tours
• Trend analysis and benchmarks on our main destinations
• Collect, organize and update the agency informations from our german speaking agencies.
• E-merchandising
• Analysis of performances in terms of conversions and rates of the displayed online offer
• Analysis and monitoring of best practices from other e-commerce sites
• Identify the best offer for our newsletter campaigns together with our marketing team
• Creating written content and selecting images to new accompany tours, and optimising the written content and images on already existing tours

Sales internship

• Supporting the Account Development Managers in the development of the worldwide travel agency network
• Promoting our student and young graduate program “Working Abroad”, helping our travel agencies worldwide to recruit German speaking staff
• Designing coaching programmes and training local agents
• Competitor analysis in Germany, Austria and Switzerland

Marketing internship

Together with the marketing DACH and the cross-market team, you will get insight into and actively work on a large variety of projects in order to take our German speaking websites to the next level. Your tasks/projects might include (depending on your internship period):

• Creation and optimization of Google Adwords campaigns
• Social Media Marketing
• Event Management
• Website optimization
• Newsletter & content creation

And the support of ongoing projects. We are always looking for people full of new ideas for innovative projects and able to think outside of the box!

We like to go off the beaten track - with our travels as much as with our marketing projects!

Skills we are looking for:

• Passion for travelling
• Affinity for digital start-up world
• German native level (C2), fluent in English (B2), French is a plus
• Studying or having a degree in Tourism, Business, Marketing, Communication
• Creative mindset and hands-on mentality
• Curiosity and keen to learn new things
• Flexibility and reliability

Nice to have:

• First experience in the tourism industry
• First experiences in similar positions are a plus

Quick facts:

• Evaneos Head Office: based in Paris in the 9th district (next to Opera & Galerie Lafayettes)
• Internship duration: 6 months
• Remuneration: €1,075 (gross) per month
