Are you full of energy, curious, creative, and ready for a role in a fast paced, SaaS based, high tech company? Fastory is looking for a proactive, polished, and results driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a full-time position in our Paris’ office. We’re looking for a hunter to be apart of the enterprise sales team.

The SDR is the first point of contact between prospective customers and Fastory and will be responsible for generating and qualifying new leads. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for determining potential opportunities for new business, and can rapidly qualify, convert, and assign those opportunities.

What you will be doing

  • Understand specific product applications, recognize prospect pain points, and how Fastory can solve them
  • Take initiative to help create an outbound lead generation process to build an organized, repeatable, well-defined framework of account-based and persona-based prospecting
  • Prospect and map out complex enterprise level organizations through research and sourcing
  • Produce substantial outbound activity via cold calls and emails to maintain a funnel of active leads and follow-up as required
  • Qualify outbound opportunities and develop a strong demo pipeline for Account Executives
  • Manage inbound leads process
  • Consistently achieve and/or exceed qualified opportunity quotas to ensure sales objectives
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain daily activity and prospect information in our CRM, including comprehensive and up-to-date client information

Preferred experience

What you bring

  • 2-3 years of experience in demand development, lead generation, or sales, ideally within SaaS businesses
  • Most importantly, a positive person! You’ll be working in a highly demanding and ever-changing startup environment. i.e Lots of energy, passion, and enthusiasm
  • Experience in sales, preferably for Enterprise software or B2B SaaS
  • Comfortable spending the majority of the workday on the phone with prospect contacts at all levels of the organization (Analysts, Managers, Directors, VPs and C-level Executives)
  • Ability to build successful client relationships and overcome objections/rejections over the phone
  • Exceptionally strong written communication, phone, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Goal oriented (can demonstrate when set goals and achieved them)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize your workload to maximize efficiency
  • Fully bilingual in French and English
