• Full operational set-up and maintenance support of GuestReady properties (furnishing, supplies, services, etc.)
• Assist head of operations with day to day operations
• Responsible for generating leads, negotiating and scheduling meetings
• Communicate offline and online with guests and hosts
• Conduct market research to identify and evaluate guests’ needs
• Direct communications with guests before arrival to coordinate a smooth check-in, Upon request, welcome guests during check-in
• Ensure that all check-ins and check-outs are handled smoothly without unnecessary delay or discomfort to any guest.
• Handling guest complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner.
• Maintain up-to date information on arrivals, departures and apartment condition.
• Collect Guest feedback after guest departure along with positives and negatives during their stay.
• Follow up with Housekeeping on cleanings to ensure the apartment is in its best condition.
• Monthly processing of apartment status and inventory.
• Routinely following up with the maintenance team on any repairs needed during the time between check-outs and check-ins.
• Offering some concierge services such as familiarizing guests with facilities available near the apartment and similar questions that may arise

• Master’s degree; Business/ Hospitality Management/ Real Estate majors preferred.
• 2+ years of progressive work experience preferably in the area of business operations or services in a start-up, SME or large corporation
• Fluency in writing & speaking in both English and French is a necessity
• Strong analytical skills, identify gaps/opportunities
• A people person, comfortable interacting with casual hosts
• Entrepreneurial, self-driven, self-motivated, proactive - a hustler!
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Fast learner and willingness to go the extra mile
• Passion for start-up and operation is a plus
