We are looking for an Operations and business analyst to monitor our marketplace and improve our French operations. Under the responsibility of the Driver Growth Manager and in a very hands-on role, you will have a unique opportunity to contribute to driving business growth by increasing our marketplace efficiency and monitoring rider and driver experience. You’ll bring your engineering knowledge to help our support team. You’ll also have a lot of room to experiment, bring your ideas to life and analyze their outcomes.

Here is what you’ll do:
(30%) Business analysis: analyze the supply data, figure out issues, blocking points and propose solutions. Implement marketing and supply operations.
(30%) Tooling: provide tools to other teams to solve their daily issues (extract data, improve processes, take part of the support work…)
(40%) Business operations: Invent and deploy special offers and actions for the driver community, track and evaluate the performance of these actions.

What we are looking for :

• A doer: autonomous and able to deliver a lot
• A total hustler. You don’t fold under pressure; in fact, you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• You’d rather spend time growing the business than polishing powerpoints
• You like changes : you are not afraid of new ways of working
• Strong analytic mind. Knowledge of data visualisation tools (Tableau, Looker, QlickView, Plotly…) would be a plus.
• Junior profiles are welcome too
• In love with Paris nightlife
• And of course, a nice guy/girl
• You do speak English and French
