In an overall context of strong growth, you will be responsible to spearhead BtoB customer acquisition tactics closely interacting with Sales / Product / Data teams.

As a Growth Marketer your main tasks will be:

• Identify, build and qualify a targeted database of prospects readily available for the sales team;
• Identify and implement new acquisition tactics;
• Design, apply and iterate your decisions by acting on data and prioritize initiatives based on the highest potential impact;
• Strong focus on growth team process automation;
• Identify and implement the Growth Team technical stack;
• Build reportings vs KPIs defined with Marketing & other departments
• Bring traditional and creative ideas how to grow those KPIs.
• A/B testing those ideas.
• Work in cooperation with the digital campaign manager of the team
• Understanding conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and hacks and being able to apply CRO hacks to any businesses.
• Optimizing channels in order to always improve the performance of ones business.
• Scaling and Automating the growth processes.

• Proven track record in online acquisition / growth hacking preferably in BtoB (small to medium size);
• Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills;
• Creative thinking;
• Self-starter can-do attitude;
• You are a team player and know how to interact and collaborate with various teams;
• English proficiency a must;
• Strong focus on growth team process automation with JS or Python or Ruby;
• Ideally you already worked with Hubspot or any other similar CRM and can develop & edit your own codes.
