Reporting to your manager, the essential job duties will be the following:
Handle routine correspondence, and multiple administrative duties
(Database update, Helping with registration, invoicing, visa invitation letters)
Helping with the editing and design of program/newsletters/flyers
Organize VIP transfer (airport, drivers, hotels…)
Benchmarking, informative watch
Create and innovate on new marketing solutions (frequent member card…)
Overseeing customer account management
Deal with logistics (suppliers negotiation, staff coordination, booth set up…)

You may be required to:
Travel to cover our presence during events worldwide
Assist in planning, coordinating before/during/after events organized by IMCAS .

Job Requirements/Qualifications:
This position involves being rigorous, detail-oriented, flexible and independent
Bachelor in business, English, tourism or any related disciplines
Perfect command of English + 1 other language (Chinese, Spanish, Russian…)
At least 1-2 years of work experience
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and be self driven within a team structure
Knowledge of database programs (Access, File Maker, My SQL & FileMaker, InDesign, Photoshop) would be a plus
