The position

Job description

Your Missions:

1. Financial strategy & operations

  • Deliver smart and actionable monthly reports with your recommendations to better pilot the company
  • Deliver financial reports for board meetings (every 2 months) and come present you strategic recommendations
  • Build Kactus strategy regarding billing and payment (new payment method, Enterprise payment solutions…) and deploy it by leading operations and processes building
  • Recruit, onboard and manage the billing team (currently 1 talent + 2 freelances)
  • Build Kactus strategy to drive the company through profitability and deploy cross-team operations to reach your goals

2. Legal, HR & Admin

  • Be the main contact for our accounting firm and CAC and coordinate processes
  • Deal with all Legal, Admin and HR topics (excluding recruitments)
  • Build processes in your area to help the company scale

3. Funding

  • Drive actions to get loans from our bank and/or the BPI
  • Make sure we activate all interesting grant available for our company
  • Work closely with the CEO during fundraising processes

Preferred experience

  • Graduated from top business school or top engineering school
  • 4+ years experience in auditing and/or transaction services and/or control management
  • An experience in fast-growing startup or SMEs is a big plus
  • Highly analytical spirit
  • Strategic and operational vision
  • Very rigourous and organized
  • Great communication skills
  • Great leadership and eagerness for tough challenges
  • Ability to quickly hire and manage a small team
  • Great understanding of startup / digital companies environments
  • Native in French and fluent in English
