Job description

Le Collectionist Spain invites you be a Concierge Specialist and to join our team based in Ibiza. This role will suit a style-savvy person with a love for traveling and desire to become an excellent concierge. The role requires the ability to develop one to one relationships with new customers and manage the requirements of our most discerning clients, through excellent product knowledge and first rate customer service.

You will do :

  • Deal with worldwide high end clients and arrange for them all the necessary for their holidays (office based via phone or email most of the time)
  • Follow up clients via email and phone
  • Review, advise and experience what’s happening in the island in order to give good advice
  • Have to deal with very stressful clients and moments so patience is crucial for your job
  • Develop new networks and new sale channels
  • During the summer season you will be expected to be completely available
  • Concierge sales report to manager once a week
  • Receive clients and welcome them Check in & Check out during peak season if needed
  • Own private international health insurance is mandatory
  • Make sure that you always deliver a perfect service to all Le Collectionist by Bonderco’s clients
  • Attend to our weekly meeting and report your results
  • Work in a team
  • Quality control on services supplied to clients
  • Be available 24/7 for your client that are on-site by phone and/or email
  • Wear your uniform at all times when you are on your concierge role with clients, keep it clean
  • Be loyal to Le Collectionist and maximize your time and efficiency while delivering a good job.

Preferred experience

You will need :

  • Perfect English spoken & written
  • Driving license for Spain
  • Extensive personal travel experience
  • Be extremely organized and extremely punctual- this is crucial for your role
  • Always answer the phone and greet visitors with a smile in your face and with your voice
  • People Skills
  • Be humble so you will learn and get more out of your time working with us
  • Savoir Faire and politeness with clients
  • Potential client database will be highly considered
  • Knowledge of the island of Ibiza
  • Good administration skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Respect confidentiality
  • Dress smart chic during all office hours
  • Good communication skills
