Descriptif du poste

Mission

Leetchi & MANGOPAY continue to grow at an incredible pace. To ensure that the overall product quality remains great, a new QA Analyst position is opened to work on both Leetchi & MANGOPAY applications (website, internal tools, API).
He/She will work in close collaboration with the QA team and alongside the Product, IT and Technical Account Manager teams. He/She will have a significant impact on helping to deliver functional and stable products to millions of end users.
The ideal candidate will possess an energetic personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, patience, and a passion for product usability.

Responsibilities

Automation

Develops test approach and test plan for both regression and functional testing,
Automates new API and web (desktop + mobile) tests,
Maintains existing API and web (desktop + mobile) tests.

Manual testing

Develops test cases and test data,
Assists in recreation of defects, works with Product, IT and Support teams for defect resolution,
Validates defect fixes.

Performance

Assists with performance testing and production readiness testing.

Data analysis

Develops metrics to ensure functional requirements are met, to track test results and overall quality.

Profil recherché

Education

Master’s Degree preferred, ideally in Computer Science or Information Systems

Experience

1/2 year(s) whether in Test, QA or Product field

Skills

Understanding of software technologies,
Understanding of interfaces and multiple applications interaction.

Experience with Runscope, Postman, GhostInspector, JMeter, Gatling, Selenium Webdriver or similar test tools a big plus.

Good understanding of English and French.

Mindset

Demonstrates logic and analytical ability,
Outstanding attention to detail and desire for accuracy,
Obsessed with great user experience and able to put on the customer hat,
Excited about working on a wide range of different tasks including manual testing on a UI level, automating API tests, dealing with performance improvements and monitoring data.
