WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
In order to support the company through its significant growth we are looking for a talented & enthusiastic Business Developer based in Madrid to join our Spanish team and have the opportunity to be into the heart of the FinTech revolution.

The ideal candidate for this role will be an enthusiastic person, willing to learn, who enjoys working in a team and very customer-oriented.

As Business Developer Spain, directly reporting to the Country Manager, you will:
• Qualify prospects.
• Develop different approaches to contact and cold-call potential clients.
• Have face-to-face meetings.
• Participate in events.
• Turn leads into profitable customers.
• Build long-term customer relationships.
• Coordinate with different departments in the company.

Desired Skills
• Bachelor or master degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related careers.

• Like and have some knowledge about the FinTech sector.
• Proactive, creative and problem solver.

Experience
• Previous B2B sales experience (In payments desirable).
• Experience in consultancy will be also taken in account.
