Lydia is building local teams
In order to launch new countries, Lydia is hiring local teams that will, with the support from our headquarter, take responsibilities for their country growth and metrics.
We are looking for entrepreneurial, highly motivated talents to join our mission to become Europe’s universal means of payment. You will be working closely with the HQ teams to lead Lydia’s expansion into the UK market. Your tasks will include key aspects of growing Lydia’s user-base in the UK.
What you’ll be doing
- Growth: drive user acquisition in your market
- Marketing: build multi-channel strategies with your team to grow brand sentiments and user growth
- Partnerships: identify and negotiate partnerships to drive growth
- Leadership: Help build the adequate local team to take over the market
What you’ll bring along
- Native in English
- Recent graduate with excellent knowledge of local student market
- An entrepreneurial minds with strong hands-on mentality with focus on execution
- Excellent communication skills
- Getting things done attitude
