Leetchi & MANGOPAY continue to grow at an incredible pace. To ensure that the overall product quality remains great, and to keep improving our efficiency, a new QA Lead position is opened to work on both Leetchi & MANGOPAY applications (website, internal tools, API).

The QA team has a major role since the quality is one of the five strategic pillars of the company. As a QA team, our major mission is to ensure reliable and performant releases in an Agile environment but also to maintain a high level of qualitatives services for our customers.

Each member of the QA team is multi-skilled and involved on all products and all testing activity :

• Test strategy
• Test plan
• Test design (functional and non-functional)
• Tests automation
• Tests execution, bugs reporting and tracking
• Monitoring

She/ He will be part of our QA team and will work alongside collaboration with the Product, IT and technical Account Manager teams. This is a great opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary team in a fast paced company with great teammates.

Responsibilities

Management and team leadership

• Creat a powerful and goal-oriented strategic roadmap
• Lead the projects to ensure and improve QA & Automation
• Provide coaching, mentorship and training to all teams
• Manage operating requirements, costs, as well as resource needs for assigned projects
• Manage and hire QA analyts team

Functional Testing

• Design Functional automated and manual test cases (Front-end and API)
• Design Scenarios with Gherkin
• Run Test Campaign
• Report Test Progression
• Create defect report, provide support for defect resolution
• Provide Test Report and maintain KPIs

Performance Testing

• Automate, maintain and execute performance tests

Monitoring and data analysis

• Monitor Product Availability and Performance
• Support for defect resolution

Required skills

• Excellent communication, leadership and analytical skills
• Very good understanding of testing activities (Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Campaign Management…)
• A good knowledge of agile software development Life cycle
• Ability to track multiple test campaign and workstream
• Good understanding of API and Rest Web Services
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Test management tool + Bug tracking
• Knowledge of Agile model (Scrum and Kanban) and Product delivery
• Good english level

Nice to have

• Have an experience with Runscope, Postman, Jmeter and Ghostinpector.
• Source code management (GIT)
• Have an experience with Gherkin (Knowledge in Behaviour driven development)
• A knowledge of other testing tools

Education and Experience
