Job description

ManoMano’s priority is to offer excellent customer care and it intends to be a leader in this field. For this reason, as part of its role as a trusted facilitator, ManoMano supervises the quality of service offered by its sellers (compliance with delivery times, quality of after sales service, quality of products, etc.).

We are currently seeking a Seller Performance and Quality Manager to join the team dedicated to dealing with these challenges. You will be responsible for monitoring, analysing and improving the quality of service offered by the sellers working with ManoMano on the English and the German platforms.

Responsibilities include:
• Analysing seller performance: monitoring key indicators, identifying priority actions and putting innovative reporting practices into place;
• Rolling out, automating and consolidating processes;
• Contacting sellers to offer them solutions which will help them deliver outstanding service to clients;
• Acting as a link between different teams for implementing processes (customer care team, sales team, technical teams…);
• Taking part in various transversal projects (customer care team, logistics…).


Preferred experience

Graduate of a first-rate university, with an excellent command of data management, you are looking to develop your career in e-commerce as part of a company experiencing hypergrowth.

This post has a strong analytical component and requires an appetite for B2B business relationships. You will have at least one previous experience in a role with these two elements, or in project management.

A native German speaker, you also possess the following qualities:
• Totally fluent in english
• Strong analytical and synthetical abilities
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and ideally some notions of coding
• Highly developed interpersonal skills
• A rigorous and structured approach to your work
• Have initiative and the ability to make suggestions
• Are passionate about technology and e-commerce
• Have a good command of French
