Our German Country Manager will work in Berlin with a team of 3 people, and will be under the guidance of our Head of Ecommerce in Paris. (S)he will have 4 main tasks:

• Business development: establishing our brand in Germany, by increasing brand awareness through PR, branded partnerships and influencers collaborations. Position My Little Box as the leading actor of the German Boxes market.
• Cosmetic partnerships : build unique partnerships with local or global cosmetic brands according to their Brand strategy. Find the best product mix for the Box according to the theme of each month. Develop a unique relationship with our partners and create dedicated operations with them to enhance the My Little Box experience.
• Local adaptation of the Boxes’ content: ensuring the quality, the value and the local adaptation of the product both each month and in the long-term.
• Lead the team in Berlin, consisting of 3 people

We’re looking for someone :

• Who has an entrepreneur state of mind
• Who is a native German speaker with a solid understanding of the German market
• Who has 2 to 4 years of working experience in a start up / marketing within the beauty or lifestyle sector
• Who is full of creativity, ideas, and resources (or knows how and where to find them!)
