Your role:

Part of our Acceleration team, you will help build next amazing batch of mission-driven tech startups, accompanying them in their growth towards venture-backed companies.

You will get involved in Barcelona startup community that offers national and international projections.
You will get to know all amazing players of the environment: from entrepreneurs in residence, to mentors, to investors, and startups.
You will have the chance to assist strategic meetings and learn from the others, as well as to attend workshops and trainings to shape and challenge your knowledge on different topics.
Also, you get the opportunity to test your capacity to become an entrepreneur or work in a such a dynamic environment.

Your missions:

Tasks will include assisting with day-to-day operations of NUMA Barcelona acceleration program through helping startups with the execution in any areas of need. This can include direct/indirect marketing actions – emails, calls, identifying needs and preparing for upcoming events, client support; business development work- databases, prospection, benchmark of competition, strategy), UX/UI – product/web tests, detection of frictions; running logistics; creation of processes, etc. Associate reports to the program manager and managing director.

Applicant description :
Demonstrated interest in technology, startups, entrepreneurship, venture capital, challenges, global problems of 2030 (energy, mobility, food, etc). Energy: enthusiasm and excellent attitude.

We expect your strong commitment and flexibility, curiosity and capacity to complete any task quickly and effectively. We also expect a great attitude, desire to learn and meet new people.

You should be ready to work hard and willing to take any project, large or small. You will work with the 10 startups from different verticals and we expect capacity for working in an autonomous way and proactivity – in terms of challenging startups and bringing also your point of view

Graduated from a Business background
Proving experience from Business Dev, Sales, Consulting, Finance or Operations
Fluent in English and Spanish (oral/written)
Traineeship is full-time, 5 months
