In a nutshell

Our Head of vertical is an industry expert and a client lead. He/she is a reference internally on topics in relation with his/her sector and is responsible for client retention. The scope of the vertical is defined by one or various industries and within each industry by a client porfolio.

Industrials & High Tech has a broad scope from R&D to manufacturers and suppliers. This will cover clients such as Gemalto, Ipsen, Daher, GE,…

The Head of vertical manages and follows projects within its scope to ensure customer experience. He/she is in charge of the coordination of the activity and to make his/her program managers grow.

Main responsabilities

  • Translate NUMA’s vision & mission into strategic actions & planning for its vertical.
  • Develop a business portfolio of ~1M€ and acquire new clients.
  • Act as a point of reference for NUMA in the industry: directly manage clients and coordinnate the overall client portfolio.
  • Competitive and market assessment in order to bring insights to the market development strategy.
  • Contribute to define and market new offering.
  • Develop an industry ecosystem around NUMA throug content definition and organization of events, content strategy & publishing.
  • Pilot a team of 3 Program Managers.
  • Reporting - Drives staffing & margin, has a clear and real-time overview of the activity of its projects, ensures client knowledge management is done.
  • Contribute to the strategic thinking of the Corporate innovation team.

  • Think innovation - Assess the innovation landscape and build the innovation strategy and governance
  • Execute innovation
    Open innovation - Build open innovation programs to run experimentations in between startups and corporates
    Intrapreneurship - Design acceleration programs to help a cross-functional team of intrapreneurs to develop in an agile way
    Startup Studio - Build and run a venture studio that will allow the corporate to test and launch new products/services
    Vertical accelerator - Build and run a vertical accelerator from end to end for a client

Compensation

This is a rare opportunity for a highly motivated professional to take a key role in the evolution of a dynamic organization. NUMA is prepared to offer an attractive compensation package, including a competitive base salary as well as equity. Foreign applicants will be hired under a French local contract.
