The position

Job description

You will work directly with the Head of Operations and will have a transversal role within our team.
You will be the key person who ensures that each project sold to our client is set up with the right team.

Key responsibilities include :

Staffing :

  • Managing and planning the staffing for NUMA’s projects. You are the Traffic manager for the whole consulting team approx. 25 people.
  • Resourcing freelance requirements as and when required and sorting paperwork accordingly
  • Setting up data basis and tools to improve staffing management

Coordination :

  • Liaising between management, project managers (account handling), designers and external stakeholders (other NUMA team, freelancers…)
  • Holding weekly status meetings with team members

Forecasting and follow-up :

  • Creating a monthly forecast
  • Overseeing projects and making sure they are on track, on time and budget wise
  • Ensuring time-sheets are completed on time
